CSIS, in partnership with leading Australian think tank, the Lowy Institute for International Policy has released the first session in the new video series “Views Across the Pacific” which is a discussion between CSIS Korea Chair and Senior Adviser, Dr. Victor Cha and Lowy Institute International Security Director Rory Medcalf on North Korea.

Dr. Victor Cha is senior adviser and Korea Chair at CSIS. He is also a professor of government at Georgetown University.
