Video: Gita Wirjawan on Investment in Indonesia

Indonesia is Southeast Asia’s largest economy, the word’s third largest democracy, and a member of the G20. Yet many in the United States’ business community are still unaware about the opportunities this country offers. Gita Wirjawan is the chairman of Indonesia’s Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and former Vice Chairman and President Director of JP Morgan Indonesia. Speaking at the CSIS Banyan Tree Leadership Forum last week, he discussed the need for greater awareness of Indonesia’s potential for growth, and provided insights into ways that investors can maximize their opportunities in this country.
